I used to love E.R., back in the day when George Clooney was clean-shaven and that woman out of The Good Wife was his love interest. I’ll always remember the mantra Watch one, do one, teach one which they used to encourage medical students to scramble quickly up the career ladder – and the same can easily be applied to web design.

Teaching is one of the best ways (if not the best way) to learn new skills, and at Tuts+ we give tons of people the chance to do just that. We’re sticklers for quality, but we also believe in giving everyone the opportunity to share their knowledge and experience.
Get to the Point, Ian
I’m on the lookout for fresh talent. Actually, I’m always on the lookout, but sometimes you guys need reminding! Are you a skilled web designer? Do you relish the challenge of learning new techniques and exploring what’s possible within limitations? Are you creative? Are you a problem solver? Are you open minded? Do you understand the web design industry? And, most importantly, do you want to teach others?
If so, drop me an email (webdesign at tutsplus dot com) and sell yourself! Show me examples of what you can do, list your skills and areas of interest, demonstrate some web design tutorial ideas – and tell me why you think you’d make an excellent contributor to Webdesigntuts+.
It should go without saying, but we’ll pay you for quality content. Rates vary depending on the subject matter, format, deadlines, frequency and so on, but send me some ideas and we’ll talk dollars!
