Mobile eCommerce is a growing market. It’s worth over $200 billion today and is rising at a phenomenal rate. More and more companies are optimizing their websites for mobile, so as a web designer you have to stay up-to-date. Our new course, Designing for Mobile eCommerce, will teach you what you need to know.
What You'll Learn
Tuts+ instructor Adi Purdila will not only teach you all the basics of mobile eCommerce, but will also show you the correct way of designing eCommerce websites for mobile.
The 3.6-hour video course will start with some basics of eCommerce, where you’ll learn about some of the existing platforms as well as how technology influences it. Then you’ll move on to the mobile aspect. You’ll learn about proper layouts and navigation, and also about a typical eCommerce website structure.
Now, all that theory has to be backed up by some practice, so as an exercise you’ll be building some wireframes based on a project briefing. In the final part of the course you’ll be designing a simple mobile website based on those wireframes. And at the very end you’ll get some homework that will give you a chance to apply what you’ve learned throughout the course.
