1.1 Welcome to the Course

In this short course, we’re going to practice some really useful CSS animation. More specifically, we’re going build six small but practical projects that use CSS animations. Hopefully, you’ll be able to grab some of the skills we cover and apply them in your own web projects.

We’re going to use pure CSS in these projects, although some will contain a tiny bit of JavaScript. Without further ado, let’s begin.

1.1 Welcome to the Course

Hey everyone, welcome to Envato Tuts+ course. I'm Adi Purdila and in this short course, we're going to talk about CSS animations. More specifically, we're gonna build six small but practical projects that use CSS animations. And hopefully, you'll be able to grab some of that knowledge and apply it in your own web projects. We're gonna build a toggle slider check box, a page loader, a card notification that appears and disappears by itself without using any kind of JavaScript. A scrolling mouse animation, a hamburger icon that morphs into a cross, and then a full screen navigation overlay. We're gonna use pure CSS for these projects and only on some of them are we gonna be using a tiny, tiny bit of JavaScript. But without further ado, let's jump right into project number one which is a toggle slider check box. See you there.
