1.1 Welcome to the Course
Hello and welcome to this Envato Tuts+ course. I’m Adi Purdila, and in the coming lessons you’ll learn how to create high-fidelity prototypes with an app called ProtoPie.
ProtoPie is a pretty comprehensive piece of software and a very powerful one for designers. With it, you can create all sorts of interactions, from very simple to very advanced. With that said, the workflow is actually very easy to learn, as you’ll see in the upcoming lessons.
This is an introductory course, so you’ll learn the basics of working with ProtoPie. We have a lot to go through, so let’s get started with lesson #1. See you there.

1.1 Welcome to the Course
Hello and welcome to another Testplus course. I'm Adam Padilla. And in this course you'll learn how to create high fidelity prototypes using an app called ProtoPie. Now ProtoPie is a pretty advanced piece of software and a very powerful one. You can create all sorts of interactions from very simple to very advanced. With that said, the workflow is actually very easy to learn, as you'll see in the upcoming lessons. Now, this is an introduction course. So you'll learn the basics of working with ProtoPie. Here's how we'll structure it. First we'll take a closer look at ProtoPie, see where you can download it, how much it costs and what you can do with it. In lesson two, we'll start playing around with it and we'll import some design files in a new project. And lesson three learn about the two fundamental aspects of working in ProtoPie. Triggers and responses. Lesson four is about creating and editing basic animations. Lesson 5, expands on those animations a little bit, giving you a taste of some more advanced functionality like touchdown and touch up triggers. Finally in lesson 6, you'll learn how to test the prototypes and share them with other people. All right, we have a lot to go through. So, let's get started with lesson number one. See you there.
