1.1 Welcome to the Course
Welcome to a new Envato Tuts+ course. I’m Adi, and in this course we’re talking about Bootstrap.
More specifically, we're talking about version 5, which shipped its first stable release on 5 May 2021. Whether you're a seasoned developer who's already familiar with Bootstrap or a beginner who wants to try Bootstrap for the first time, this course is for you.
You’ll learn more information about the framework, what’s new in version 5 compared to version 4, how to install Bootstrap, how to use the grid system to create responsive layouts, and how to work with components.
Because this is a short course, I won’t go into too much detail, but I'll include just enough to give you the basics of working with this popular framework.
With that said, I think we should jump straight in. Let’s start by learning a little bit more about Bootstrap.
