Hello, and welcome to this Envato Tuts+ course. I’m Adi Purdila, and in this course you’ll learn how to create your own online store with BigCommerce.
BigCommerce is an eCommerce platform which powers over 50,000 small and medium-sized businesses and 30 Fortune 1000 companies (like Ford, Toyota, and Sony). It’s not the only eCommerce platform out there, but thanks to its “headless” approach when it comes to eCommerce, it’s definitely one of the more powerful ones.
In this course, you’ll learn:
- how to create an account with BigCommerce
- how to add and manage products, categories, and brands
- how to change your storefront theme
- how to set up your sales on multiple channels
With that said, I think we should dive straight in. In the next lesson, you’ll learn more about this headless approach I mentioned and how that makes BigCommerce different from other platforms. See you there.
